  Very helpful staff, great bagels, great cream cheese! They weren't real busy at the time & were out of the bagels I wanted 10 of, so they made a fresh batch just for me while I waited - never had that experience before ! Wonderfully fragrant ride home!

  I eat here every chance I get. Sometimes driving 20 min out of my way to get here. Nobody had an everything bagel that even comes close

  I had the worst experience he e yesterday. I ordered 4 sandwiches. The guy behind the counter had no idea what he was doing. He asked me what was on each sandwich. I ordered each just the way it came but he wanted me to tell him how to make each one. The sandwiches were put together in a sloppy manner. I have never had this problem here. The staff is usually very friendly and effient. 5 people were served by the other sandwich maker while mine were being made. Neither the manager or anyone else working helped or said a word. Very disappointed. Will not be back.
