The cookies received were chocolate chip and they were each individually wrapped for added freshness to prevent them from getting stale & crispy. The dough is light and fluffy with just enough to hold the chocolate together. Around 2.5" diameter and substantially thick. Quite delightful! Far better than most 'home-made' cookies.April 27, 2017
