  I cannot sleep until I say this... I have never been insulted so bad. When visiting At elm st. grill, the owner was extremely rude. After politely asking to change my order, willing to pay for something that was more expensive, the waiter went and got the owner and he was very unprofessional. He argued that changing my order was wasteful of food and money. He simply refused to take my plate. I'd understand if the food was at least room temperature but that was not what I was expecting. He continued to be immature by stating that he was been doing this for 6 years, he has 250 customers every night (as if servicing us was an issue), and took my plate and told me and my friends to go. Wow, do you respond this way to all of your customers when they dislike a dish? I will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau. You should never argue with a customer especially one that never raised their voice, nor gotten disrespectful. I am sure the owner will comment because he said he would when threaten to complain. I am very disappointed.

  Had dinner there again last night and it. Ravi is so personable and I love that he comes out and speaks to all the guest.
  
  We had a wonderful conversion with him we even had a throwback moment to the very first time we are there. It was an ice storm he and his wife slept at the restaurant cause they couldn't get back to Clemmons and they wanted to provide meals to those who didn't have power.
  
  If you haven't tried this place out take a moment to do so!

  The food is good, but I've had mixed experiences with the staff. We typically order water to drink and our server didn't seem too pleased since it lowers the ticket (and thus her tip). I'm also very surprised at the number of reviews here. Last time I checked they had an average of 2 or 3 stars with like 20 reviews.
  
  Worth a visit if you are nearby for sure, not a must visit if you are passing through Greensboro though.
